Ukraine may restrict access to public services for persons liable for military service who do not have military registration documents as an incentive to fulfill their duties during mobilization.
As part of the law No. 10449 on mobilization, Ukraine may introduce certain restrictions on the provision of administrative public services in the absence of a military registration document for a citizen liable for military service. Minister of Justice Denys Malyuska said this during a national telethon, UNN reports .

According to him, this will be an incentive from the government for those who "still doubt the need to fulfill their duties.
That is, the state will make sure that everyone is equal before the law. So that those who want to defend the country are not in a worse position than those who do not
According to Malyuska, the Cabinet of Ministers is currently developing changes that will establish a mandatory condition for receiving a number of administrative services - having military registration documents.
The head of the Ministry of Justice added that most of the rights provided for in the Constitution can be restricted in wartime, and this is in line with Ukrainian law.
