44 countries support the creation of a special tribunal to investigate and prosecute the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine, and the Netherlands has offered to host it.
In the Netherlands, representatives of 44 countries emphasized the importance of Russia's full responsibility for crimes against Ukraine - they supported the idea of creating a special tribunal. This was reported by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, UNN reports.

In the declaration following the conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine," the signatory states emphasized that they "remain committed to the establishment of a special tribunal to investigate and prosecute the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
Also, 44 countries welcomed the proposal of the Netherlands to host such a special tribunal.
The final document has now been signed: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, and the United States, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In total, 57 countries participated in the conference.

Kuleba noted that two years ago, "everyone categorically rejected the idea of creating a special tribunal," and a year ago, he said, it seemed that the work on it was "mired in disputes between states.
However, Kuleba is now confident that the countries will be able to find "all the necessary solutions and implement the tribunal.
